Where does the training take place?
Most of my clients enjoy training in their own homes and gardens, alternatively we can go to a local park or jog together. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution!

Am I a Professional trainer?

Yes. I am REP registered and a qualified Martial Arts Instructor since 2008. Check out the "About Me" page for more details on my biography.

 

 

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles.  Also I can recommend the right exercises for you.

Payments on booking the session as agreed.  24 hours notice for cancellation by the client otherwise full class costs will be lost.

 

How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. This can vary between 2-4 sessions a week depending on the package you choose,  timescales and your other life commitments, and how much determination you have to achieve your goals.
