I use these to develop a customised training programme for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

Would like to learn Martial Arts? Would like to learn self defence? You have come to the right place. Having trained in Kickboxing and Kung Fu for over 20 years and under one of the most respected Masters in Great Britain, I know how to 'kick' you into shape!
We have brought together many different arts to develop simple, easy to remember and fast to learn Kickboxing, Kung-Fu and Self defence systems.
With the Interal Arts you will develop these as our sessions continue and as much as you want to learn these amazing skills.

Your customised programme will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term. Each session will be fun, effective and enjoyable exercise to keep you motivated to reach your goals.

We will train in the comfort of your home, garage, or local park, with equipment that will get your desired goals.
I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!
Ante- and Post- Natal Workouts
Fitness during and after pregnancy helps you and your child. Our training sessions will help you to adjust to the changes to your body, prepare you for labour, and make it easier to get back in shape after your baby's arrival.
Exercise strengthens your cardiovascular system increasing your stamina, meaning you will tire less easily. Strengthening your core muscles will also mean you will need less energy to complete a task. Exercise also produces endorphins that help lift a gloomy mood.
Your personally tailored exercise routines for expecting and new mothers will be geared towards helping you feel less tired, help to lighten your mood and take a step towards preparing you for labour.
As a trained nutritionist, I can provide advice for your diet, relating to your training, whether it being cutting calories to lose weight, or increasing your calorie intake to help bulk up. This would be offered to every client, as part of your agreed training programme.

Whether a bruised muscle, strains or more severe injuries, I can help get you get back to fitness, get you back to your sport, football, rugby, running, gym work.
I am not a physical therapist, so am not able to diagnose injuries, but by considering the body as a whole rather than individual parts, I aim to use corrective steps to develop training methods and techniques to help muscular imbalances which can lead to pain.
